Five Star Family Day Care Coordination Unit and educator fees vary from scheme to scheme.
Educator fees are deregulated, and each educator sets their own fee schedule. Most educators charge on an hourly basis per child, and may have different rates depending on the times or days required, or whether weekends or overnight care is used, and the type of contract a family has agreed upon.
Fee payments may also be dependant on a family's Child Care Benefit (CCB) entitlements.
