New Educator Training is designed to provide an introduction to the requirements of becoming a Family Day Care Educator or in In Home Child Care Educator.
Training is held over 5 days and covers topics such as programming and planning, care environments, child protection and business management. Resources are provided for each topic covered. Recognition of prior learning can be applied for on a case by case basis.

Sessions start at 8.30am and conclude around 3pm. New Educator training will be held at either the Cessnock or Singleton Coordonation Unit offices dependant on where the majority of inquiries come from.
The cost for the training is $100
