Quality Assurance is a nationally recognised system of ensuring registered child care meet quality benchmarks.

The Natonal Childcare Accreditation Council (NCAC) provides the quality benchmarks Schemes and Carers must reach to be accredited, and administers this through a continual 3 year cycle of review and accreditation, and a system of spot checks.
